Master planning for proposed redevelopment of football ground for residential use

Bellis Architects worked closely with the owner and Harrow Council through the urban design process, to develop a creative yet feasible scheme for the residential redevelopment.
The master plan scheme is for 175 dwellings ranging from one-bedroom apartments through to five bedroom town houses.

Areas of public open space will provide much needed safe pedestrian links through the site, and a car share scheme is proposed to reduce the need for car ownership. A travel plan will be drawn up to encourage the use of local public transport.
