Construction of eight mews houses, contract £1.4 million.
This small site was formerly occupied by a commercial
building within a residential conservation area.
Bellis Architects successfully secured detailed planning approval for redevelopment to provide eight contemporary mews houses and acted as project co-ordinator up to completion. The houses offer flexible and interesting internal spaces.
The
external envelope of the properties were constructed
using facing brickwork to reflect surrounding
properties, but detailed in such a manner to provide
a bespoke modern and unique development. |
