David Bellis BA(Hons), Dip Arch, RIBA

David Bellis, a British registered architect, has had a wide and varied range of experience in architecture. Through this he has developed an understanding of the complexity of procuring buildings with a great deal of emphasis placed on technical knowledge and on-site experience.

Prior to establishing bellis architects, David was managing director of Lowry Design where he gained vast experience in all aspects of practice management together with a wide ranging experience in commercial, housing and mixed use projects, specializing in complicated urban regeneration on brown field sites working closely with developers to deliver prestigious projects within tight constraints.
