£11 million listed mill conversion into 130 apartments.

In response to the climate change challenge, the apartments
at Titanic Mill will be CO2 neutral. This will be achieved by a combination of high levels of energy efficiency and the supply of renewable ('green') energy. The combination of Biomass powered combined heat and power boiler will deliver green energy to each apartment, supplemented by 400m2 array of photovoltaic solar panels at roof level.
