Planning approval obtained at planning appeal for redevelopment of former bus depot. The approved building responds to the tight constraints of the site, being deep front
to back with narrow road frontages. The elliptical form and the layering allowed the building to cover a large proportion of the site, and at the tightest point to be only 1m away from the side boundaries, maintaining views to all apartments deep within the site out to each street frontage.
