A series of Grade II listed former textile mill buildings dating back to 1847. The scheme is for the conversion of the single story north-lit buildings into 29 luxury apartments, and the rebuilding of a former five-story mill destroyed by fire to create 21 luxury apartments. Extensive renovation works are being carried out on the existing buildings retaining as many of the existing features as possible. Working closely with the Conservation Office at Calderdale Metropolitan Borough Council, the form of the new building replicates the destroyed elements ensuring that the new and old work in harmony.
