This design adds an addition to the rear of the house and extends out into the garden in order to maximise the potential of the site with the interiors reconfigured for modern living.

The extension is a contemporary design intended to create a strong counterpoint to the existing traditionally styled house and yet the addition is sympathetic with the old in its overall form and proportion. The new extension maximises light, views and connection with the garden and yet it limits any potential for overlooking into the neighbouring properties.
